Due to the digital nature of these files, all sales are final. Once your purchase is complete, digital downloads cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. By completing this purchase, you agree to these terms.

Important: 7-Day Download Window!
Your unique digital download links will expire exactly 7 days after purchase. It is the buyer’s responsibility to download and back up all purchased image files onto a permanent device (such as a laptop or desktop computer) within this timeframe. The photographer cannot guarantee file retrieval or link extensions after the 7-day window closes.

DIGITAL IMAGE LICENSE

Personal Print Release Document

To Whom It May Concern:
This document serves as an official personal print release for the digital images included in this purchase order.

Granted Permissions:
The bearer of this document is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual, personal print license by the copyright owner.
The bearer is authorized to reproduce, copy, and print the digital images for personal use only. This includes creating physical photographic prints and sharing the files on personal social media profiles.

Usage Restrictions:
Personal Use Only: All digital file purchases include a limited license for personal, non-commercial use only. This includes personal printing, and sharing on personal social media profiles.
No Commercial Use: These images may not be sold, used for commercial advertising, stock photography, corporate marketing or submitted to competitions without explicit written consent from the photographer.
No Editing: Alterations, cropping, or applying filters to these files is strictly prohibited.

Resolution & Printing Rights Disclaimer:
Your printing and reproduction rights are strictly determined by the digital file size purchased at checkout:
Social Size: Valid for online social media sharing only. This file size does not include printing rights. Digital or physical reproduction/printing of this file size is strictly prohibited.
Medium Size: Includes a limited print release allowing you to print physical copies up to, but not exceeding, 5x7 inches.
Large Size: Includes a limited print release allowing you to print physical copies up to, but not exceeding, 8x10 inches.

Print Quality & Third-Party Printer Disclaimer:
Once a digital file is downloaded, the photographer is not responsible for the print quality, color accuracy, cropping, or paper choice of any third-party printing services (such as local pharmacies, big-box retailers, or
independent print labs). All sales remain final regardless of external printing results.

Note: Any commercial lab or printing facility is hereby authorized to print these files for the bearer in accordance with the size restrictions listed above. NOTE - Printing images larger than their authorized resolution will not only result in poor image quality and pixelation, but will constitute a violation of the terms of this purchase license.
