Privacy Policy & Event Photography Notice

At Capone Photography, we are committed to maintaining the trust and privacy of our event clients and the public. This policy outlines how we handle images captured at public and ticketed fundraising events.

1. Implied Consent at Public Events
By attending a public or ticketed fundraising event where Capone Photography is hired as the official media partner, attendees enter an environment where photography and recording occur. Notice of filming and photography is provided by the event organizers at entrances and/or on ticketing platforms. Images captured at these events are used to document the occasion, support the hosting organization's mission, and may be displayed in public online galleries.
2. Public Galleries & Image Security
Our event galleries are hosted via Pixieset. While these galleries are accessible to event attendees, we take the following steps to ensure safety:
• High-resolution downloading is restricted. You may contact Capone Photography for information about purchasing high resolution images.
• Image filenames are kept visible to allow for precise communication regarding specific photos.
3. Your Right to Privacy (Takedown Policy)
We recognize that you may not wish for your image (or the image of a dependent) to be displayed online. For any privacy concerns or image removal requests, please reach out directly:

How to request removal:

• Locate the image in the gallery, note the filename.

• EMAIL info@caponephotography.com Include your name, phone number, and image(s) in question. We will be in touch with you.

• CALL 856-782-8966. If we are unavailable, leave a message and we will return your call to get the information.

• Upon receiving your legitimate request, we will hide the image from public view within 1-2 business days.
